Altraz 1 MG Tablet contains Anastrozole 1mg, a widely trusted generic aromatase inhibitor for adjuvant and advanced breast cancer hormonal therapy in postmenopausal women with estrogen receptor-positive disease.

How It Works: Anastrozole selectively and reversibly inhibits the aromatase enzyme, reducing plasma estradiol to near-undetectable levels, depriving ER-positive breast cancer cells of the estrogen stimulus they require for growth.

Common Uses: First-line adjuvant hormonal therapy for postmenopausal HR-positive early breast cancer, first-line treatment of advanced breast cancer, and sequential therapy after tamoxifen.

Administration: Take once daily at any time with or without food. Adjuvant treatment continues for 5 years. Regular bone density monitoring is advised for long-term use.
