Antreol 1 MG Tablet contains Anastrozole 1mg, providing the same aromatase inhibition as Arimee and Armotraz in another trusted generic formulation for postmenopausal breast cancer hormonal therapy.

How It Works: Anastrozole inhibits the aromatase enzyme complex (CYP19), reducing estrogen biosynthesis in peripheral tissues and maintaining blood estrogen at levels too low to stimulate growth of hormone-sensitive breast tumors.

Common Uses: Adjuvant treatment of HR-positive breast cancer in postmenopausal women, first-line therapy for advanced HR-positive breast cancer, and post-tamoxifen sequential therapy.

Administration: Take one 1mg tablet once daily, at a consistent time, with or without food. Typically continued for 5 years in the adjuvant setting.
