How It Works: Chlorambucil alkylates DNA through bifunctional cross-linking via its nitrogen mustard moiety, disrupting DNA integrity in lymphoma and leukemia cells and initiating programmed cell death.

Common Uses: Low-intensity CLL therapy, indolent lymphoma dose management, and pediatric and frail patient alkylating regimens where chlorambucil sensitivity or tolerability concerns apply.
