Covilife 12 Tablet contains Ivermectin 12mg, a macrocyclic lactone antiparasitic used for the standard single-dose treatment of strongyloidiasis, scabies, onchocerciasis, and lymphatic filariasis.

How It Works: Ivermectin binds to glutamate-gated chloride channels in parasitic invertebrates, causing sustained channel activation, increased chloride ion conductance, neuromuscular paralysis, and death of susceptible nematodes and ectoparasites.

Common Uses: Strongyloidiasis, onchocerciasis, scabies, lymphatic filariasis, head lice, and other susceptible helminth and ectoparasitic infections.

Administration: Take on an empty stomach with water as a single weight-based oral dose. Repeat doses may be required for scabies (at 2 weeks) or specific parasitic infections as directed by your physician.
