Covimectin 12 MG Tablet contains Ivermectin 12mg, a potent antiparasitic agent used in the treatment of strongyloidiasis, onchocerciasis, scabies, and other parasitic infections caused by susceptible organisms.

How It Works: Ivermectin selectively binds to glutamate-gated chloride channels unique to invertebrates, increasing membrane permeability in nerve and muscle cells of parasites, leading to paralysis and elimination.

Common Uses: Intestinal strongyloidiasis, river blindness (onchocerciasis), lymphatic filariasis, scabies, and head lice infestations.

Administration: Take as a single weight-based oral dose on an empty stomach. Swallow whole with a full glass of water. Repeat dosing may be prescribed by your physician based on the infection type.
