How It Works: Vinblastine binds to tubulin, preventing microtubule polymerization and disrupting the mitotic spindle, causing cancer cells to arrest in metaphase and undergo apoptosis.

Common Uses: Hodgkin's lymphoma (ABVD regimen), testicular cancer, Kaposi's sarcoma, breast cancer, and choriocarcinoma.

Administration: Administered strictly intravenously (NEVER intrathecally — fatal if given intrathecally). Administered by a trained oncology professional with precautions to avoid extravasation.
