FBD 222 Tablet contains Fenbendazole 222mg, a benzimidazole anthelmintic used for the treatment of intestinal parasitic infections caused by roundworms, whipworms, hookworms, and pinworms.

How It Works: Fenbendazole inhibits tubulin polymerization in helminths, disrupting microtubule formation, impairing glucose uptake and cellular integrity, ultimately starving and killing the parasites.

Common Uses: Ascariasis, trichuriasis, hookworm infections, enterobiasis (pinworm), and other gastrointestinal nematode infections where benzimidazole therapy is indicated.

Administration: Take once daily with food for 3 consecutive days. Repeat treatment after 3 weeks may be advised to address re-infection or residual egg hatching.

Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Protect from moisture and light. Keep out of children's reach.
