FBD 444 Tablet contains Fenbendazole 444mg, a benzimidazole anthelmintic used for the treatment of intestinal roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, and other susceptible nematode infections requiring mid-range dosing.

How It Works: Fenbendazole binds to β-tubulin in helminth cells, inhibiting microtubule polymerization and disrupting cellular cytoskeletal function, glucose transport, and energy production — leading to immobilization and death of the worms.

Common Uses: Ascariasis, trichuriasis, hookworm, and mixed gastrointestinal nematode infections in patients requiring intermediate benzimidazole dosing.

Administration: Take once daily with food for 3 consecutive days. Complete the full course even if symptoms resolve. Retreat after 3 weeks if re-infection is possible.
