How It Works: The Fluconazole in Fluka 150mg Capsules inhibits the fungal enzyme lanosterol 14α-demethylase, an essential step in ergosterol biosynthesis. The resulting ergosterol deficiency disrupts fungal cell membrane integrity, impairing growth and causing fungal cell death.

Common Uses: Fluka 150mg Capsule is indicated for vaginal candidiasis (single-dose therapy), oral and esophageal thrush, fungal nail and skin infections, and prophylaxis of fungal infections in immunocompromised patients as directed by a physician.

Administration: Fluka 150mg Capsule is swallowed whole with water, with or without food. For vaginal candidiasis, a single capsule is usually sufficient. For other conditions, your doctor will advise on the appropriate regimen and course duration.
