Imiquad Cream contains Imiquimod 5%, a topical immune response modifier used for the treatment of superficial skin cancers and pre-cancerous lesions, particularly actinic keratoses and superficial basal cell carcinoma.

How It Works: Imiquimod activates toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) on immune cells, stimulating innate and adaptive immune responses including interferon-alpha production, which induces apoptosis in abnormal skin cells.

Common Uses: Actinic keratosis on the face and scalp, superficial basal cell carcinoma, and external genital and perianal warts (condyloma acuminata).

Administration: Apply a thin layer to the affected area as prescribed (typically 3–5 times per week). Leave on for the prescribed hours, then wash off with mild soap. Do not cover with occlusive dressings.

Storage: Store below 25°C. Do not freeze. Keep away from eyes, lips, and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children.
