IV-12 Tablet contains Ivermectin 12mg, an antiparasitic agent used in the treatment of strongyloidiasis, onchocerciasis, scabies, lymphatic filariasis, and head lice through proven single-dose antiparasitic action.

How It Works: Ivermectin irreversibly activates glutamate-gated chloride channels in invertebrates, causing hyperpolarization and paralysis in the nerve and muscle cells of susceptible nematodes and arthropods.

Common Uses: Strongyloides stercoralis infection, onchocerciasis, lymphatic filariasis, sarcoptic scabies, head lice, and other nematode and ectoparasite infections.

Administration: Administer as a single fasted dose with water. Weight-based dosing at 150–200 mcg/kg determines the required tablet count. Follow-up doses may be prescribed by your physician.

Storage: Store below 30°C in original packaging. Protect from moisture, heat, and light. Keep away from children.
