How It Works: Ivermectin potently activates glutamate-gated chloride channels in parasitic nerve and muscle tissue, causing persistent hyperpolarization, paralysis, and death of susceptible nematodes and ectoparasites at therapeutic doses.

Common Uses: Scabies, strongyloidiasis, onchocerciasis, and other antiparasitic indications where mid-dose ivermectin at 6mg per tablet allows accurate weight-based dose calculation.

Administration: Take on an empty stomach with water as a single dose. Physician will determine the number of tablets required per body weight. Repeat dosing may apply for scabies.
