Iverjohn Ivermectin 12mg Tablet contains Ivermectin 12mg, an antiparasitic agent used for the treatment of strongyloidiasis, scabies, onchocerciasis, and lymphatic filariasis in the standard single weight-based oral dose.

How It Works: Ivermectin selectively activates glutamate-gated chloride channels in invertebrate nerve and muscle cells, causing paralysis and death of susceptible nematodes, filariae, and ectoparasites through a mechanism not present in mammalian hosts.

Common Uses: Strongyloides stercoralis, onchocerciasis, lymphatic filariasis, scabies, head lice, and other ivermectin-responsive parasitic infections.

Administration: Take fasted with water as a single oral dose. Dose is weight-based (150–200 mcg/kg). Physician-directed repeat dosing may apply for certain infections.

Storage: Store below 30°C in a dry place. Protect from light. Keep in original packaging away from children.
