Iverheal 12 MG Tablet contains Ivermectin 12mg, a broad-spectrum antiparasitic agent used to treat a wide range of parasitic infections caused by roundworms, threadworms, and ectoparasites. It is one of the most widely prescribed antiparasitic medications globally.

How It Works: Ivermectin binds selectively to glutamate-gated chloride ion channels in invertebrate nerve and muscle cells, causing hyperpolarization, paralysis, and death of the parasite without affecting mammalian cells.

Common Uses: Strongyloidiasis, onchocerciasis (river blindness), lymphatic filariasis, scabies, head lice, and intestinal helminth infections including threadworm.

Administration: Take on an empty stomach with water, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Dosing is weight-based and typically a single dose. Follow your physician's instructions for repeat dosing if required.
