Ivervid 12 Tablet contains Ivermectin 12mg, a dependable antiparasitic for the single-dose oral treatment of strongyloidiasis, scabies, filariasis, and onchocerciasis in adults and adolescents.

How It Works: Ivermectin selectively opens glutamate-gated chloride channels in parasitic nematodes and arthropods, causing sustained hyperpolarization of nerve cell membranes, paralysis, and death of susceptible organisms.

Common Uses: Strongyloidiasis, onchocerciasis, lymphatic filariasis, sarcoptic scabies, crusted scabies, and pediculosis (head lice).

Administration: Take fasted with water as a single weight-based dose. Avoid eating for 2 hours before the dose. Scabies may require a second dose after 14 days to eliminate newly hatched mites.
