How It Works: At 10mg, Lenalidomide maintains effective myeloma cell destruction via CRBN pathway modulation while providing a manageable tolerability profile suitable for long-term maintenance use.

Common Uses: Post-ASCT myeloma maintenance, dose-adjusted myeloma combination therapy, MDS with 5q deletion (renal dose adjustment), and long-term myeloma management.

Administration: Take once daily as prescribed. Swallow whole with water. Strict pregnancy prevention is non-negotiable throughout the course of therapy.
