How It Works: Lenalidomide at 15mg provides effective CRBN-mediated anti-myeloma activity and immune enhancement while offering a favorable tolerability profile for patients unable to tolerate 25mg.

Common Uses: Intermediate-dose myeloma maintenance, dose-adjusted combination regimens, elderly patient myeloma protocols, and MDS-associated conditions.
