How It Works: Full-dose Lenalidomide maximizes CRBN-mediated degradation of myeloma survival factors while delivering robust NK-cell and T-cell immune stimulation against residual tumor cells.

Common Uses: Newly diagnosed multiple myeloma combination regimens (VRd, Rd), relapsed myeloma, and MDS with 5q deletion requiring full-dose treatment.

Administration: Once daily on days 1–21 of a 28-day cycle with dexamethasone as prescribed. Swallow whole. Mandatory contraception is required for all patients.
