How It Works: Lenalidomide binds CRBN, triggers proteasomal degradation of Ikaros and Aiolos in myeloma cells, and simultaneously potentiates anti-tumor immune cell responses through T-cell and NK-cell activation.

Common Uses: Low-dose myeloma treatment, MDS with 5q deletion, and maintenance protocols following bone marrow transplantation.
