How It Works: Lenalidomide exerts anti-myeloma effects by degrading key transcription factors in cancer cells via the CRBN-CRL4 E3 ubiquitin ligase pathway, while enhancing immune surveillance against residual disease.

Common Uses: Maintenance therapy after autologous stem cell transplant in myeloma, intermediate myeloma doses, and MDS management.
