Lenmid 5 MG Tablet contains Lenalidomide 5mg, a second-generation IMiD (immunomodulatory drug) used in the treatment of multiple myeloma and myelodysplastic syndromes associated with 5q deletion.

How It Works: Lenalidomide targets cereblon, inducing degradation of Ikaros and Aiolos in myeloma cells while stimulating T-cell and NK-cell anti-tumor immune responses, and inhibiting pro-inflammatory cytokines.

Common Uses: Multiple myeloma (with dexamethasone), low-/intermediate-risk MDS with 5q deletion, and mantle cell lymphoma after two prior therapies.

Administration: Take once daily at the same time each day with or without food. Swallow whole. Strict pregnancy prevention protocols must be followed.

Storage: Store below 25°C in original blister packaging. Keep away from moisture and children.
