Lupimeb 100 MG Tablet contains Mebendazole 100mg, a benzimidazole anthelmintic with well-established efficacy against the most common intestinal worm infections including roundworm, whipworm, hookworm, and pinworm.

How It Works: Mebendazole selectively inhibits tubulin polymerization in gastrointestinal helminths, blocking cytoskeletal assembly and glucose uptake, causing progressive energy depletion and death of susceptible worms with minimal systemic absorption.

Common Uses: Pinworm (enterobiasis), roundworm (ascariasis), whipworm (trichuriasis), hookworm (Ancylostoma duodenale, Necator americanus), and mixed intestinal nematode infections.

Administration: Take as a single dose for pinworm, or twice daily for 3 days for other infections. May be chewed or swallowed whole. Retreat after 2–3 weeks if re-infection is suspected, especially in household contacts.

Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Protect from moisture and heat. Keep out of reach of children.
