How It Works: Continuous LHRH agonist stimulation desensitizes pituitary receptors, ultimately suppressing LH and FSH release, reducing testosterone in men and estrogen in women to castrate/menopausal levels.

Common Uses: Advanced prostate cancer (androgen deprivation therapy), endometriosis, uterine fibroids, central precocious puberty, and female infertility treatment.
