How It Works: Pomalidomide degrades Ikaros and Aiolos proteins via the CRBN E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, disrupting myeloma cell survival pathways and enhancing immune cell-mediated tumor clearance.

Common Uses: Dose-adjusted therapy for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma in patients who cannot tolerate the full 4mg dose; also used in combination regimens.

Administration: Take on an empty stomach once daily for 21 of each 28-day cycle. Mandatory pregnancy prevention program must be followed.
