Pomalid 4 MG Capsule contains Pomalidomide 4mg, a third-generation IMiD (immunomodulatory drug) used in combination with dexamethasone for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma after prior lenalidomide and bortezomib therapy.

How It Works: Pomalidomide binds to cereblon (CRBN), causing targeted degradation of Ikaros and Aiolos transcription factors in myeloma cells, and enhancing T-cell and NK-cell anti-myeloma immune responses.

Common Uses: Relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma after at least two prior therapies including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor.

Administration: Take once daily for 21 days of each 28-day cycle on an empty stomach. Swallow capsules whole. Strict pregnancy prevention protocols apply.
