Posid 50 MG Capsule contains Ponatinib 50mg, a third-generation BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase inhibitor specifically designed for patients with treatment-resistant chronic myeloid leukemia, including those with the T315I 'gatekeeper' mutation.

How It Works: Ponatinib is engineered to overcome resistance mutations including T315I, binding to BCR-ABL in both active and inactive conformations, blocking leukemic cell signaling even when prior TKIs have failed.

Common Uses: T315I mutation-positive or multi-drug-resistant chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL).

Administration: Take once daily with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Regular cardiac and vascular monitoring is required due to cardiovascular risk.
