Rapact 10 MG Tablet contains Everolimus 10mg, the standard full-dose mTOR inhibitor formulation for treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma, pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors, and advanced breast cancer.

How It Works: Everolimus binds to FKBP-12, forming a complex that inhibits mTORC1 kinase activity, suppressing cancer cell metabolism, protein synthesis, proliferation, and tumor vasculogenesis.

Common Uses: Advanced renal cell carcinoma, unresectable or metastatic pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors, progressive carcinoid tumors, and HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer.

Administration: Take once daily at the same time each day, with or without food. Do not crush, break, or chew. Swallow whole with water.

Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry location. Keep in original blister packaging out of children's reach.
