Rapact 5 MG Tablet contains Everolimus 5mg, an mTOR kinase inhibitor used in the treatment of renal cell carcinoma, pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors, and hormone receptor-positive advanced breast cancer.

How It Works: Everolimus inhibits mTORC1 (mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1), blocking downstream signaling that drives cancer cell growth, proliferation, and angiogenesis.

Common Uses: Advanced renal cell carcinoma after VEGFR-targeted therapy; progressive pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors; HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer with exemestane.

Administration: Take once daily consistently with or without food. Swallow whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or split tablets.
