Resihance 40 MG Tablet contains Osimertinib 40mg, a third-generation irreversible EGFR inhibitor specifically designed to overcome T790M resistance mutations in EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer.

How It Works: Osimertinib selectively and irreversibly inhibits EGFR-sensitizing mutations (ex19del, L858R) and the resistance mutation T790M, restoring effective targeted therapy in patients who have progressed on first/second-generation EGFR inhibitors.

Common Uses: EGFR T790M mutation-positive locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC after prior EGFR TKI therapy; also first-line for EGFR exon 19 or 21 mutation-positive NSCLC.

Administration: Take once daily with or without food. Swallow whole with water at the same time each day. Do not break or crush tablets.
