Soranib 200 MG Tablet contains Sorafenib 200mg, a multi-kinase inhibitor with both anti-proliferative and anti-angiogenic properties used across several solid malignancies including renal, liver, and thyroid cancers.

How It Works: Sorafenib inhibits RAF kinases (CRAF, BRAF), VEGFR-2/-3, PDGFR-β, KIT, FLT-3, and RET — blocking both tumor cell proliferation and tumor angiogenesis through dual pathway inhibition.

Common Uses: Unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma, advanced renal cell carcinoma, and locally recurrent or metastatic differentiated thyroid carcinoma refractory to radioactive iodine.

Administration: Take twice daily without food (at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal). Swallow whole with water. Do not crush or split tablets.
