Temonat 100 MG Capsule contains Temozolomide 100mg, an oral alkylating agent central to glioblastoma multiforme treatment when used alongside radiation therapy and as adjuvant chemotherapy.

How It Works: Temozolomide acts as a prodrug, converting at physiological pH to the active alkylating species MTIC, which preferentially methylates guanine residues in tumor cell DNA causing lethal strand breaks.

Common Uses: Newly diagnosed GBM (Stupp protocol), recurrent GBM, anaplastic astrocytoma, and other CNS malignancies requiring temozolomide-based protocols.

Administration: Swallow whole with water. Take consistently at the same time each day. Anti-emetics are recommended — ask your oncologist about prophylactic options.
