Temonat 250 MG Capsule contains Temozolomide 250mg, a high-dose oral alkylating chemotherapy capsule used in the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme and recurrent high-grade brain tumors.

How It Works: At physiological pH, Temozolomide hydrolyzes to MTIC, which methylates the O6 position of guanine in DNA, causing irreparable replication errors and inducing programmed cancer cell death.

Common Uses: First-line concurrent chemoradiotherapy for GBM, adjuvant maintenance chemotherapy post-radiation, and recurrent anaplastic astrocytoma.

Administration: Swallow whole with a glass of water. May take with or without food but be consistent. Take on day 1 of each cycle as directed by your oncologist.
