Temoside 250 MG Capsule contains Temozolomide 250mg, an oral alkylating chemotherapy agent used in the treatment of brain tumors including glioblastoma multiforme and anaplastic astrocytoma.

How It Works: Temozolomide spontaneously converts to the active compound MTIC at physiological pH, which methylates DNA at the O6 position of guanine, causing DNA strand breaks and triggering apoptosis in tumor cells.

Common Uses: Newly diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme (with radiotherapy and as maintenance), recurrent anaplastic astrocytoma, and other high-grade brain tumors.

Administration: Take on an empty stomach or with a light meal to reduce nausea. Swallow whole with a glass of water. Anti-emetic prophylaxis is often recommended.

Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original packaging away from children and moisture.
