Thalix 100 MG Capsule contains Thalidomide 100mg, an immunomodulatory agent used in the induction treatment of multiple myeloma, typically combined with melphalan and prednisone (MPT regimen) or dexamethasone.

How It Works: Thalidomide exerts anti-myeloma effects via TNF-alpha inhibition, anti-angiogenic activity, and immunomodulatory mechanisms including enhancement of T-cell and NK-cell cytotoxic activity against myeloma cells.

Common Uses: Newly diagnosed multiple myeloma induction therapy, relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma, and ENL (erythema nodosum leprosum).

Administration: Take at bedtime to minimize daytime sedation. Mandatory contraception for all patients of childbearing potential due to severe teratogenicity.

Storage: Store below 30°C in original packaging. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
