Votrient 400 MG Tablet contains Pazopanib 400mg, a multitargeted receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor approved for the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma and advanced soft tissue sarcoma.

How It Works: Pazopanib inhibits VEGFR-1, -2, -3, PDGFR-α/β, and c-Kit receptors, blocking tumor angiogenesis and directly suppressing cancer cell survival signaling pathways.

Common Uses: Advanced renal cell carcinoma, advanced soft tissue sarcoma (after prior chemotherapy), and certain other solid tumors under investigation.

Administration: Take on an empty stomach — at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Swallow whole once daily. Do not crush or chew tablets.
