Xpreza 100 MG Injection contains Pertuzumab 100mg, a HER2 dimerization inhibitor monoclonal antibody used in combination with trastuzumab and chemotherapy for HER2-positive breast cancer treatment.

How It Works: Pertuzumab binds to subdomain II of HER2, preventing dimerization of HER2 with other HER family receptors (especially HER3), blocking downstream signaling pathways including PI3K/AKT and MAPK.

Common Uses: HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer (first-line with trastuzumab and docetaxel), neoadjuvant treatment of HER2-positive locally advanced breast cancer.

Administration: Administered by IV infusion in a clinical setting as part of a combination regimen. Initial loading dose followed by maintenance doses every 3 weeks.
