Xtane 25 MG Tablet contains Exemestane 25mg, a steroidal aromatase inactivator used as adjuvant hormonal therapy for postmenopausal women with hormone receptor-positive early breast cancer after prior tamoxifen therapy.

How It Works: Exemestane irreversibly binds to and inactivates the aromatase enzyme, permanently reducing estrogen synthesis from androgens and maintaining sustained estrogen suppression in postmenopausal women.

Common Uses: Early and advanced HR-positive breast cancer in postmenopausal women, particularly after 2–3 years of tamoxifen (sequential therapy), and as first-line therapy in advanced disease.

Administration: Take one tablet once daily after a meal. Take at the same time each day. Duration of adjuvant therapy is typically 5 years total of sequential hormonal treatment.
