Zytax 120 MG/6ml Injection contains Docetaxel 120mg, a taxane chemotherapy agent used in the treatment of multiple solid tumors including breast, lung, prostate, stomach, and head and neck cancers.

How It Works: Docetaxel disrupts normal microtubule dynamics by binding to and stabilizing beta-tubulin subunits, preventing cell division and triggering apoptosis in rapidly proliferating tumor cells.

Common Uses: Metastatic breast cancer, locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC, hormone-refractory prostate cancer, advanced gastric adenocarcinoma, and squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.

Administration: Administered by IV infusion over one hour every three weeks in a clinical setting. Oral dexamethasone premedication is required for 3 days starting the day before infusion.

Storage: Store between 2–25°C. Protect from bright light. Do not refrigerate the final diluted infusion.
